How to delete an appointment?
A1:  

Appointments can only be cancelled.

 

Appointments which are marked "Cancelled" or "NoShow" will not be removed from view and not be able to edit, for audit logging reason.

How can I change the appointment calendar setting to fit the clinic opening hours?
A2:  

User should have the Administrator right to update the calendar setting.
Step to change the clinic opening hours
1. Go to Admin page
2. Select Calendar Setting in Clinic Setting

3. Double click on the row in the table

4. Change the Start time, End Time and Off Period (off period is a comma separate list, e.g. 13, 14, 15 if the clinic is not open in 1pm to 3pm)

If a new patient call to make an appointment, user should create a patient record first and then make the appointment.

How do I create an appointment in the past in DCMS Outreach?
A4:  

1. Go to Admin

2. Go to Clinic Settings -> Clinic Settings

3. Click the  icon.

4. Tick "Allow making appointment in the past" and Save.
