This is currently not supported in the system, even if the nurse role is assigned with the "Consultation Edit" permission. In DCMS, consultation notes is only viewable by doctors.

How to change consultation after finished dispensary?
The completed consultation will only be put on the completed tab of consultation page. User can find the consultation on that page and click edit button to edit the consultation information.
